Terms and Conditions

Custom Orders:  All orders, including custom orders are non refundable once submitted and will be produced within 72 hours of placing your order.  Custom orders will be produced after we receive the order and its been processed for payment.

Shipping Policy:  Shipping is always FREE on all orders over $50.00.  We will ship your order out within 24-48 hours of making it.  If the order is not custom and in stock when your order is placed, we will ship it out within 24-48 hours of placing your order.  Mon - Fri are working days so please take that into consideration when expecting your order to arrive.  If its late, not gonna lie...  We might have been on the lake that day but we will do our best to make it up to you.  Shipment times will vary depending on where you are located.  USPS priority mail is our shipper of choice due to lower prices and faster, more reliable delivery times.  We are located in Southern California.  

Return or Refund Policy:  Because we are producing custom made products for you, there is no return policy once your order is placed.
